"Easy and helpful experience. " Although my purpose for visit wasn't sales associated Stephen was still willing to help and was extremely helpful. My vehicle needed coolant and he made sure I was able to get it from parts as well as add it to my vehicle.

"Easy buying experience" I finally found a car that was fairly priced and had a great experience from beginning to end. After shopping around for over a month, I grew tired of having to deal with aggressive and shady salesman, and I almost gave up my search altogether. This was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve had in a long time. Stephen was very helpful and down-to-earth throughout the entire buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership for both fair pricing and excellent service.

"End of lease shopping" We use freehold BMW because of the superior service they provide. The sales staff works with us to find the best fit vehicle for our life style and budget. "Excellent, excellent And excellent " I have leased 1 and purchase 3 Cars from Richard. He is a great advisor as he knows what I need and would always find a perfect car that make me go bankrupt. Richard is my only go to advisor whenever I need a new car. And Ruskin is great, he didn’t push me to get any extended warranty like the other dealerships.
