PHIL LACCONE is a true gentleman and good listener. He was informative and accommodating and helped educate us about the features of a SUV that interested us. Although family has had several BMWs, we have never had one. Because of Phil, we are sincerely interested in the 3 series SUV and plan on seeing him again when we feel that this is the car for us. Recently finalized the lease of a 2015 428x convertible from Competition BMW in Smithtown. Reason - Antonella Martinis. Terrific experience. Chose them over others because of Antonella's sales and can do attitude. I would recommend Antonella and Competition BMW of Smithtown to anyone. Additionally, the encouragement from Helga Carroll on certain options was extremely beneficial and will certainly support my stress free enjoyment of this purchase.
After a wonder delivery of my NEW BMW convertible... I was dismayed to see that the tow cap was stolen from my rear bumper. I called Antonella to ask her what I can do?? she took care of getting me a replacement part.. When I went to pick up the cover... Bill informed me that the part was not painted in RED but in BLACK... He suggested that I get it painted my colour and then took it upon himself to have it painted my colour and ship it to me.. My husband and I returned to Competition BMW as we had leased our previous 2 cars from this dealership. Doug was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He made the overall process as effortless as possible. He arranged our European Delivery without any problems, and made sure the car was pristine when it arrived stateside. Rudy is a pleasure to work with. He and his service team always do an A+ job.
