"Two thumbs up for Danny Gomez!" I had a Sunday afternoon appointment to discuss trading in my 2015 i3. The dealership is clean and spacious. Upon entering I was promptly greeted by the woman at reception and said someone would be right with me. Then came the game changer. He always treats me well & even squeezes me in when I haven’t been able to make an appointment. This was a visit where I waited & it was only about 2 hours. He always lets me know when I should come for future appointments to make sure I don’t miss out on Svcs.

He is professional and always willing to accommodate his customers. I would highly recommend Smithtown BMW and Kenneth in the service department.

"Repairs, adjustments, loaner car" Kenneth Darmanin is my BMW advisor. He has regularly spotted things needing to be done, as well as things that can wait. We had to make repairs on the motor and he guided me well to save costs and get maximum benefit from the work. He also went beyond to have some body scratches I thought were permanent removed at a very fair cost to me. He has always been professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and gracious dealing with me.
