My entire experience was outstanding. Everyone that I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. It was obvious that my satisfaction and happiness was paramount to them and everyone went out of their way to make sure I left with a vehicle that I would love.
My salesman was an extremely friendly,informative,not pushy,and very competent !!He made my shopping experience for a car the easiest shop i have ever shopped for a car. I had been searching for a car for a while and looking for the best quality car for the best price. I had looked around at many dealerships nearby but never really thought to go check out BMW even though they are my favorite brand of car. I worked with Phil Lactone and his service was excellent. He was responsive, followed through and got back to me when he said he would. The dealership had a program at the time and we were able to get discounts on the sale price. Phil went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and got the car we wanted. He was able to locate a car in New Jersey with additional equipment than the one we selected and we were charged the original price. I found all the personnel at Competition to be professional and cordial.
Phil took the time to discuss all available options that met our criteria. Throughout the process he was personable and courteous. I appreciated his concern for our family's needs.
Theresa was very helpful. She was determined to make sure I was happy and got into a lease with the car I wanted. I'm so happy I got to deal with her and love my new X5.
Phil Laccone of Competition BMW is a stand-up individual. He understood my situation and got me the best bang for my buck! I would readily go back to Competition BMW for my future leasing needs. Being that I obtained a CPO lease, I had some reservations about the car, condition, etc., but the car was set up "like-new". Great service, great people, great dealership. My lease was coming to an end and I was not sure which vehicle I wanted to lease this time. Phil helped us by going over all of the different specs and pricing differences to eventually bring us to the right fit. I am very excited to be driving my new X5!
Recently had to replace one of my KEY FOBS on my BMW... and was happy to deal with Competition BMW. I did purchase my BMW from them.... and they have always gone over board to make me feel welcome and a part of their family.
