I bought my first car from Daniels in 2011. I went there because of their reputation. I worked in the car business for 20 years before and Daniels was always top rated. I bought my second car from them in 2016 and I've never been dissapointed.

Called to schedule service for a warranty recall. The receptionist was helpful and provided a very courteous service advisor, Lisa. We quickly exchanged info and set up an appointment date. At arrival meet by friendly customer rep, registering the vehicle. All service was completed timley, meeting my advisor when picking up was pleasurable.

My first service appointment at Daniels BMW. Went very well. They were very organized and Todd, my Service Advisor, was very nice and helpful. They took care of the extras that I asked them to do. I think I'll return in another 5K miles :-)

I do not have enough words to capture the the wonderful things about this establishment. There was some negative rumors about this car dealership but I found all were false and I am so greatful to the wonderful staff and professionalism shown to me and to others. I would tell anyone and everyone to go here if they are looking for a new or used BMW
