"Amazing service and welcoming environment" Marleny truly went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the entire process of purchasing the car. She took time on her day off of making sure that we were able to pick up the car in a quick and painless process. She did a great job in making sure the car we ultimately purchased met all our needs, as well as taking the time to explain every feature in the vehicle in a patient manner, so that we were confident with the plethora of features.

"salesperson was great!!" From the time I walked in the building, I was welcome with a pleasant greeting from staff. The sales women marlini, politely and pleasantly came over to help me. She is full of energy and super cool and helpful. She helped me with all of my needs while at BMW. This girl literally excelled with making sure that I was happy. The best sales experience I had in a while!!!!

"Got exactly what I wanted." When I arrived at BMW of Freeport I wanted to check out the used cars they had available. I also had a specific idea of the car I wanted and how much I was willing to pay monthly, not necessarily with the intention to purchase the day of. Keith was very helpful in that he tried to meet my specific requirements as closely as possible and I ended up finding a new car that is more than perfect. Great guy!
