We bought the car after our lease expired. Gloria helped with this whole process with lot of patience as we had to cancel few times due to sickness. This is our third BMW and second from Tulley BMW. All this time we primarily dealt with Gloria and Val. So far, we have been very pleased with the service.

Gloria Prosper and Tulley BMW could not have been easier or more transparent to deal with. Bought with a trailer hitch for hauling my bikes. With the Kuat hitch I had, the sensors would not work. Blind spot detection was very important, but after switching to a 1-Up rack, blind spot detection is working great. I cannot stress enough how wonderful working with Gloria was. She communicated and guided me from purchase until I was handed the keys and on my way. Thank you Gloria and thank you Tulley BMW.
