"The Best BMW Dealership of Northeast" This is my 3rd time purchase from Tulley BMW of Nashua. Staffs and manager are very helpful. Especially my sales agent Gloria Prosper, nice, friendly and grateful lady. When we were doing test drives, she was very detail of explanation to each vehicle features. She helped me to finalize the deal with the manager. If anyone else is looking for BMW at this dealership, you should take a chance here.
"Very Accommodating and Helpful" This is my third purchase from Tulley and yet again the experience was great. I traded in two vehicles and the sales rep, Joe came to pick up my one of my trades. In addition, Val the sales manager was able to approve the deal in record time. The negotiation process wasn’t tedious as it usually is at other dealers. "Exceptional car purchase experience" Visited Tulley BMW for the first time and we were greeted and offered assistance immediately. "Great Customer Service" Gloria Prosper was my Sales person, she was amazing! She knows her stuff. She also really cares about the customer experience. "Gloria makes it easy!" I turned in a lease and upgraded it to the same model. Gloria makes the buying process extremely easy, (and as enjoyable as buying a car can be!).
"Joe M is the man!" I love to shop for cars and I can’t say enough about how great Joe M is. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and informative. I ask a lot of questions and Joe didn’t (seem) to mind the volume or type of questions I was asking. Joe walked me through the entire process for a great deal on a loaner X5. He sets the example for how sales folks should operate and deserves a kudos.
