I send my car in to get a recall fixed. Upon initially calling the appointment center seemed clear that I was only available from 12-1 and the car had to be picked up them. On the day of pick up, I received a voicemail that the driver was at my house and no one was home, this was at 10. I called them and reinformed them that I was not available until 12-1. It is sad that I have to go all the way to Towne BMW in Buffalo to get my BMW serviced even though it is 30 minutes further than BMW of Rochester. I have had experiences with sales and service that were terrible. I have never written a poor rating for any company before but their customer service is ridiculous.
left a very bad taste in my mouth Steve in service was very unprofessional brought a new key and you didn't program it right left all kinds of lights on my dashboard and told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like the service

Beware of having Rochester BMW do work on your car. My dad had an appointment for his car to get transmission fluid put in which they have to do because of the type of transmission. They had his car for a month, allowed his car to be buried in a snow pile at the back of their parking lot, during the coldest February on record which cracked his motor and now they are trying to act like it was already cracked and they are not at fault..... who would pay someone 500+ dollars for transmission fluid so they can drive their car if... read more
