Reviewed cars on internet that I was interested in looking at (X3 BMW) Went to another dealer first and was not impressed with sales persons knowledge or the condition of the vehicle that they had on site. Decided to go to Ferman BMW to see what they had and was met by Mary Keller at the dealership. She showed me several X3’s and was very knowledgeable of the units and sold me on “BMW Certified”.
