However, as we were waiting for paperwork I was a little surprised to notice that many potential customers were not promptly greeted when they walked in. We also had a little SNAFU with our trade-in (my fault), and that situation was handled satisfactorily by Mario and the management. Overall - GOOD experience. Will definitely recommend Ferman and Mario.
