Our sales representative, Jake Coburn was very professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. In addition, the entire dealership staff from the Receptionist through the Sales Manager and GM complimented the experience and took the time to speak with us. This is a very well managed dealership.

We had been looking for a small SUV and stopped by Braman BMW Jupiter to look at the X1. My wife fell in love with the size and the way it drove. Mark was the best at making the test drive a pleasure. He didn't talk abut cup holders or color options, just how to drive the car to get the most out of the "feel" of real world driving. He never once put ANY pressure on us to buy. It was the way he treated us that made us go back the next week and order a new X1 M sport. Thank you Mark we love our new BMW!

Thus far the attention to customer satisfaction is better than I have experienced in an automobile dealership. The car I selected was in excellent condition with most of the options I desired.
