Good Experience with Service Department We have had very good experiences wit the Service Department, and in particular, with my Service rep, Ben Ferrer. Since I sometimes take the car on long business trips, I occasionally bring the car in for a general maintenance/wellness check, along with the normal oil change, etc. They are very thorough on checking all of my concerns, Ben is always available to discuss any issues. Great Service!! Again and Again Going on year 6 now, and again I am blown away by the whole service experience. This time I wanted to wait for my car instead of taking a loaner home, my service advisor, Danny Soto always going the extra mile offered a Lyft to take my mom and me to the nearest mall while my car was getting serviced, and that right there is was differentiates service from excellence.
