"Good experience" My previous lease was coming to the end, and I contacted my prior sales person, Bernard Betsin, with whom I already leased two prior BMW and had positive experience. We discussed what I had in mind and arranged an appointment. Bernard greeted me right at the door. He already had options hand picked for me. "Matt is the best!" First off, Matt is super nice, friendly, patient and NOT aggressive. I stopped in to check out an i3. He took my wife and I out for a test drive. No pressure. I came back the next day to make a deal, but told him I need to see if it fit in my crowded garage. No problem. We drove to my house, checked it out and had fun just driving and chatting with him.
