"Very positive experience " First time at Center BMW, never paid too much attention to them. Thought what the heck, since they have the CPO I was looking for. Went down there, the experience turned out to be VERY positive. The sales person John was very polite, not pushy at all, he made the experience just that better. Of course I got that CPO I was looking for. Thanks John for all your help. Would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking for BMW. Would certainly go to them for my next CPO.

"Very charming and hassle free salesman" Recently purchased a car at the Sherman Oaks BMW dealership. I have been to multiple BMW dealerships in Southern California and found most of them to be dismissive, cocky, pushy up sellers, to proud of high prices during bad sale times, and so forth. This dealership was not the case. All staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. "Ultimate customer service " Anita went above and beyond to ensure I will be comfortable with buying decision as I am not sure if the long wheel base will fit in my small garage . She offered to drive the car to my house and make sure it fits. It was such a wonderful buying experience !
