"In the past I’ve had nothing but great experiences with..." In the past I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the service department at this dealership. However, things have taken a turn and not for the better. Calls go unanswered and unreturned. Vehicle was damaged and also has grease spots in the interior front window post. Service manager is doing his best to remedy the issues but it shouldn’t come to this to begin with.
