Repair of wiring damage by squirrel. Prompt and polite service provided by Chris Leitz, including the use of a loaner car while the service work was being completed. Got my car in the same day, and completed repair with great communication. Had car fully recharged for my trip home. Would highly recommend BMW repair at this shop.

And as always they offer a loaner car which is great because I am from about 50 miles away so I am able to do other things while I am in Rochester.
Easy to Buy a Car at Park Place Had no difficulty agreeing on a price which I could easily understand and ordering a new BMW at Park Place. All the employees I encountered were cooperative and jumped in whenever they could be helpful. Nice people.
Great overall experience Aaron was extremely helpful and patient with us throughout the purchase. He has followed up with us on several things dealing with a used vehicle I purchased. We are very happy with our new Atlas.
