Overall experience We have bought multiple BMW's from Park Place & have always found it a satisfying experience. Working with Steven Hlavka was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable, very helpful, & has a great personality. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, which I've always done in the past, is that I was disappointed with the value they gave me for my trade in. (Which was not Steven's responsibility). Oil change Kevin, the service manager was very accommodating and courteous and professionally took care of my vehicle in a timely manner. He kept me informed during the entire process.
