First Time Service First time having my newly acquired Ridgeline serviced at Zeigler Honda. Sevice Manager Corey had paperwork ready when I arrived and reviewed the facilities with me. Said service would be completed in 2 hours and it was done on time. He reviewed what service was needed in the future at check-out. Corey was very customer oriented and personable.

Oil change and new Key Greeted promptly, service writer managed to get a new key programed for me without an appointment. All service and new key completed in a reasonable amount of time.

this survey is not working. they have exceptional service. George and his team are amazing. And I am pretty picky about service as I have been in the industry for over 25 years. Also-- this survey will not let the stars come up green for excellent.

Car owner ? I was extremely thankful that my appointment was expected and handled in a timely fashion. The waiting area was pleasant, bright, and not too loud. All issues seem to be resolved at this point!

2015 Honda CRV Always treated great when I come here. So easy to pull in and get the oil changed and tires rotated without having to make an appointment.

CRV Oil change The car was serviced for an oil change. The technician was prompt and efficient. It took very little time and the oil change was completed.
