"I was sadly disappointed with one of your your employees...." I was sadly disappointed with one of your your employees. He checked me in, and told me to have a seat. After at least thirty minutes, I finally went outside to where I was checked in, and spoke to him. He apologized, and everything got taken care of. The man who too tooof everything else was Ty Ancona. He was great!

"When I picked up my car, the cover on the cabinet was..." When I picked up my car, the cover on the cabinet was detached. They said the glue was melted off due to heat. Hard for me to image where they have been keeping my car since it is autumn and they failed to notice it until I pointed it out. The good thing is, they fixed it right away. The overall service is good.
