"Professional, detail oriented repair experience" Patti, my service representative, was very helpful and explained my repair options. She also provided a loaner free of charge when the repair was estimated to go into the next week. In addition, the service tech who performed the repair not only completed the oil leak repair expertly, but also mounted a battery charge cable I had just routed under the hood.
