Great BMW experience! Made contact over the internet and Graeme Chapman was quick to respond, made an appointment to see the car. Graeme's knowledge of BMW's is refreshing after engaging in other sales reps at other dealerships. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and how he would do it. Again in todays society it's a pleasure to see people still care about customer service.
