very poor follow up after the sale, issues that are not resolved remain not addressed, they are not willing to engage customer having attitude, we are done - get lost.
I’ve bought many cars and unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve had to date. Be very careful if considering this dealership - consider purchasing elsewhere. Car was not ready at agreed upon meeting time. Necessitating wait while the car defrosted which might not matter to some, but with 3 kids and wife in tow, delays add up. Dropped vehicle to fix tire which had metal in it, couldn’t fix so suggested to replace. I was okay and when I got the vehicle the rim is worse. I had scratches previously but not very visible, today when I received it was worse and said to fix it costs around 250$ appx. This is the worst experience. I had couple or service maintenance in past couple of years which had no issues but not this time :( not sure what will be my next steps. Nothing more to explain.

"Dealership failed to honor service warranty communicated..." Dealership failed to honor service warranty communicated by car salesman at the time of purchase. Sales manager was condescending when discussing details. Horrible customer service.
"We did not make a deal and they ran a hard inquiry the..." We did not make a deal and they ran a hard inquiry the next day that lowered my credit score, they claim it was only a “soft inquiry” but I have screen shots saying it was “hard inquiry”. They will not remove it.

I trust their experience and judgment for what needs to be done now, what can be done later, and what is optional but not required. A+ all around.
Service department is closed on Saturday, but the salesman Eric referred me to the adjacent Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer to have my car looked at on short notice. My wife was in town there and the BMW was acting up and both of us were concerned. I was unavailable and called to talk to Eric who then coordinated with the Chrysler service department to take a look at it.
