Totally disappointed. Agent didn't know much knowledge. Just fooled by people. I spoke 30 min what I wanted then I signed the paper but the vehicle arrived without my requirements then I realized what I did wrong. They telling me " yes you said but you didn't choose and it got final". My wife extremely upset on new BMW. Then I back to store, then they took new order. Absolutely poor service. Little to no interest in the problems at hand. Did the most minimal amount of work necessary and did not fix all problems. Had the car for 2 weeks

After reviewing the notes from when you dropped your vehicle off, what we found is that your car would not start and that you had tried to figure out what was wrong with the car. You stated that you had changed the plugs. When we got the car in for service we found you had just swapped out the one plug with a incorrect plug, that you had pulled out the #6 coil and we found the retaining clip was broke and needed to be replaced.
