Always willing to work with you when discussing what needs to be done immediately and what repairs can be held off for a month or so.
This was the first service on my car at Rallye BMW, David was my service advisor and was very knowledgeable on my 2021 X4. It was a smooth process and would recommend anyone to come to Rallye BMW!

I came in to get a new car and was in and out way faster than expected. I immediately saw the car I wanted, and David helped me with the paperwork. Super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He made the process clear and simple, and patiently addressed all of my naive questions -- and there were many, as this is my first car purchase. He is very polite and great at what he does.
