Mike was great and continues to be great. Always looking out for me. Purchased a 2013 BMW 335i and he did the best he could to make the process painless, not to mention that he went out of his way to take care of my purchase needs. So I came here for the first time in December of 2016, two days before New Year's day, because my TPMS light had turned on 4 times since April. Wonderful experience and personalized service from start to finish. Buying a car can create anxiety but buying a BMW is beyond milestone for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying my first BMW. South Bay BMW of Torrance is a beautiful facility with outstanding employees. I worked primarily with Al Asghari and Alex the financial manager. Omar also did a wonderful job of introducing me to the technology within vehicle and talking me through step-by-step how to operate different controls. Each individual was very helpful and took the time to meet all of my needs. I highly recommend each of them and the dealership itself.
