Initially, I was disappointed Flow BMW stopped the loaner program for oil changes, but the maintenance was so fast it ended up not being a big problem. I'd still like to see the loaner program reinstated so I can run errands during that 45 minutes.
They are the greatest wouldnt go anywhere else. Felt great when i left got oilchange diagnostic free and they didnt try to sell me or make me pay for something i didnt need and cleaned car inside out felt. Like i took my mini cooper to a nail salon lol she left there feeling pretty and so did i great job guys �

Milkshakes were good but then again it was free because of the Mini Cooper run otherwise I never had anything else there .....
Wonderful experience purchasing a 325i for my wife. Charles Powell, our salesman, was extremely helpful. His many years(37) of experience proved invaluable. Highly recommend Charles. We were stranded with a flat tire and it was a rather rare tire, they didn't have one but were able to get one locally and were exceptional to deal with even though they knew they probably wouldn't ever deal with us again. They were awesome! I'd deal with them anytime!
