"Ultimate Customer Service for the Ultimate Driving Machine" I recently brought my vehicle in to have the BMW connected app looked at per BMW North America/BMW Genius. Service manager Daniel Saldana met with me and as I was showing him the problem on my phone and in the car he notice a smell of oil coming from the engine area.
