"A Fantastic, Model Employee" Working with Jimmy Daniel was such a pleasant experience. He never gave me any reason to worry about his professionalism or exhibit any behavior that dispelled me from putting my absolute trust in him. "Great repeat experience. " John knew when my lease was up and made sure I knew all my options. When I told him I wanted a CPO, he kept an eye out and let me know when the car I wanted was there. He then worked with my schedule to provide me no-haggle pricing and answered all of my questions about CPO. I know I'll be taken care of with my new-to-me car by Leith and John. I'll definitely be going back the next time I need a BMW.
"Great experience" We were very pleased with Brendan's help in finding the right car for us. He patiently spend hours with us over three separate visits and then when "above and beyond" to make sure the car we wanted was not sold to another customer when it became available. And a few days after the purchase, the dealership alerted us to a $2500 rebate that we became eligible for, and had the new paperwork driven to us in Rocky Mount!
"Great car buying experience. " I worked with Corey King, and was really happy, I got to work with such a hardworking and knowledgable person. Corey was very patient, and accommodating. I requested several test drives, on multiple days, and i was never turned back. I was always told, "we support your decision, in choosing the best car for you". Other dealerships are high pressure, and often demean other brands, but not Leith BMW. Eventually, the price offered was also satisfactory. Again, great car buying experience.
