She is straight forward, not pushy, extremely knowledgeable, diligent in searching answers for whatever I asked about BMW vehicles (this, I did a lot) - best of all, she presented herself with utmost professionalism. This is my 7th lease car (Volvo,Saab,Lexus) and I must say Roth Prom is the best consultant in this area.

From the time we walked in the door until our car was delivered, Roth ensured that we were getting everything we needed to feel comfortable with our decision. We shopped around quite a bit, this was hands down the best car shopping experience I have had to date. Roth know her product, her business and knows how to be a normal person.
