Ales Olecky made ordering my 2022 540i such an easy, pleasant experience. This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased with Ales. He is always helpful, extremely knowledgeable about all BMW vehicles and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him to everyone! In fact, I highly recommend Leith BMW in all departments - sales, parts and service. All are unfailingly courteous, friendly and helpful!

Leith was the only dealership that had vehicles on their lot. I specifically came to Leith to look at one vehicle and realized it did not fit my needs. Fortunately, Ales recommend another vehicle that was perfect for me. Further, unlike other dealerships, they gave me a fair value for my trade-in vehicle. The previous BMW dealership I went to gave me a low offer and threatened to charge me over MSRP if I did not make the trade and finance the vehicle. Ales/Leithe BMW was transparent in their dealings with me.

Spencer's customer service exceeded our expectations by a mile. He patiently listened to our concerns and answered our many questions about various models and packages. It was great working with Ales for the purchase of my new vehicle. I knew more or less what I was looking for already and Ales made the rest of it seamless.
