"First Impressions are everything!!!" Ales Olecky was awesome. I came from Infiniti and knew nothing about BMW except they were known for power. Ales was very thorough in explaining the features of the 2020 X3. He was very confident in his knowledge and which in turn made me feel comfortable with purchase. Job well done!
