My neighbor had recommended Ales and indeed Ales is efficient, knowledgeable, patience, and very responsive via email, which is my preferred way to communicate and he respects that. "Harry was great to work with!" Harry Helmer found me a car that fit the criteria I was looking for with a few extra bells and whistles. It was great working with him as he listens well is very personable and truly cares about customer satisfaction. If it was not for Harry, I would not rate this experience 5 stars as I didn't have a good experience with the GM Sean, as he was sneaky and greedy. Ha, maybe that's the expectation for a dealership.

"Great buying experience at Leith BMW" I decided to special order my BMW X7 instead of picking one already on the lot. Barry Frucht and I sat down and went over all the options to choose from and he suggested which options seemed to be the most favored ones by previous buyers.
