"Outstanding Experience" Went in to buy a new X5 and I had outstanding customer service from Ales. He is an expert on all of the vehicles' functions and capabilities, understood what I wanted, and was able to translate that into my perfect car. Couldn't ask for more from a rep. Colleen O'Leary was also super helpful and really made the purchasing experience easy and comfortable. Post-purchase, the customer service from all involved has been exemplary and I couldn't have asked for more.

"Happy Customer" I have just leased my 4th BMW. Ales Olecky has been my sales rep each time. He knows what I like and what I can afford. He comes to me with a perfect suggestion each time that makes the experience memorable on a personal level. He remembers my family, and I, his. The process is painless, and I spend less than a couple of hours, all in, leasing a car because Ales is always prepared. The 5 series sedan is exceptional. I loved the tweaked body style and upgrades. I hope never to drive another brand.
