He brought vehicles to our home so that we might test drive them, and even brought all of the paperwork to us, so that we might sign it at home, when we decided on a vehicle. I give the dealership four, rather than five, stars because, ten days after the transaction, we've still not received copies of any of the paperwork we signed - including the purchase and sales agreement.

"Great customer service!" We went in looking for a new BMW SUV, and they did not have the one we were looking for on the lot.
