"Jessica was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating...." Jessica was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She set me up in a loner vehicle and explained in detail what was expected regarding the oil consumption test to determine why my vehicle needed 4 quarts of oil between oil changes.

Customer Service's three star review was for the month-long wait for scheduled maintenance and no one seemed to care. The wait added another 1200 miles and two more quarts of oil to an engine with an oil consumption problem. I didn't intend to complain but I was unable to send response without writing something so . . .
