My experence My experience was excellent. Mark Marlowe could not have done a better job to please me and my wife under the situation. We had a flat tire on Sunday and was toward to the dealership. Great Experience! Top Notch Service! We were on vacation when the battery in our GL450 died while we were out one evening. AAA came out but had a difficult time finding the battery which is hidden under the front passenger seat. New Tire BMW facility being updated. Otherwise perfect. Tire replacement went as scheduled and car was washed and cleaned perfectly.
Trusted Service Advisor I purchased an automobile in 2013 and have very low mileage. The purchase process was smooth and "no nonsense". I have since had my car serviced there and am very comfortable with the level of service and advice. I have been to many other dealers who seem to find things wrong with the car, but this dealer even recommended a minimum service due to the low mileage. Thank you!
