Vacation break down We were on Vacation and my ML350 really started acting up, it wouldn't shift from first gear. Best Service Manager Our vehicle had an engine issue that needed some expert review. The Mercedes-Benz mechanics found the issue very quickly and resolved to get it fixed. Although it took a little more time we can attributed that to the 4th July holiday and need of additional parts. To insure the job was done the Shop Foreman attended to the issue personally.
