BMW X5d owner Needed immediate exhaust fluid refill while traveling . Service agent on call got me right in. Service writer understood time limits and serviced the car within 45 minutes. Could not have asked for better.

BMW Service 8/10/2020 In reference to the service I received, I would rate that as excellent. However, scheduling that service was a 3 day process, and required several phone calls to do so. I resorted to trying to contact sales, and the parts department hoping to be transferred to someone, but no one answered in those departments either. I understand that COVID-19 has changed a lot of things, but running a business with no one to answer the phone just doesn't work.

Bimmer Service Service Representative Joe Monaco is excellent and very customer-oriented. Besides having my car serviced within the time required, he provided advice on car care maintenance, warranty companies, more details on my maintenance coverage and other information which are essential to customers not mechanically inclined. To note that I have had my challenges with BMW Sahara service in the past although they have improved and hope this continues.

Disappointed After alignment for 1 day, spent another 3 days to try to fix (vehicle steer point center but car goes to right), the problem still exists... customer service is good but disappointed that technician at dealer have no ability to fix the problem.
