Service maintenance Overall it was good service. It took about 7 hours, which was a bit long, but I did drop off my car there. The one issue that I had was that at the end, when I went to drive off, I noticed that my car still had water spots all over the front and the driver side half of my car. If you gonna wash the car, then do it right. I had to rewash my car again when I got home. And being at BMW, you'd expect a little more attention to detail. Pretty disappointed.
BMW of Las Vegas I always fear taking a car to the dealership for oil changes or check up, until I bought from BMW of Las Vegas. Honesty and service it is what they do, now that's a company I want to do business with.
My X3 Roberto was very helpful, courteous, respectful & knowledgeable. I will definitely look him up again the next time I schedule my car for service.

Brian Abeyta Butch Condon is 10 out of 10. He has always treated my wife and I like we're family. I will not and have not anyone touch my vehicle except Butch and Benny. If it happen they will usually over see the work. I am always pleased when I come to see them.

BMW of Las Begas The entire staff was very friendly. Our salesman was extremely knowledgable and very helpful when he was helping us pick out our new 5 series. Quick and easy First time we went to go check out a Kia Optima at a dealership in Sunset. We arrived, no one was there to help us or anything. So we moved on to the next dealership on Sahara for BMW & right away someone came to help us, was super friendly and tried answering our questions to the best of their knowledge. After an hour in, with a test drive, questions answered, help from both TK & Feng, we decided to purchase the Kia Optima Hybrid.
