Ultimate car buying experience We were past owners of BMWs, walking back to a BMW dealership was electrifying. Met with Sal Cucco, thoughtful, honest and knowledgeable specialist. This guy doesn't mess around, no smoke and mirrors. He knows the technical stuff like all cars guys want and all BMW enthusiasts expects. Pick his brain, it is mind boggling. The purchase of my 728 BMW from Destert BMW. This is my second time working with Alan Karp in purchasing a previously owned vehicle. I just purchased a three year old 728i BMW that currently runs like a brand new car. Alan's easy going personality makes the task of purchasing a less stressful process.
Best Customer Service After the purchase of our Z4 in January we just decided to purchase a second BMW. This decision wasn't only based on the quality of the vehicle but the excellent customer service. Elee who is the a Sales Manager treated me with the upmost respect and helped me through the whole process. I've bought many cars and never once have I found a dealership and it's employes to actually care about the person then the deal!! Quality and Professionalism I have always admired BMWs for their visual appeal and high quality so I decided to shop for one. I went to the dealership with an idea of what I wanted and was assisted immediately. Joe Kang was my customer rep and helped me all along the way. He was really personable and knowledgeable. From the time I went in to the dealership to the time I left with my custom ordered 320i it was less than a week. It was a totally painless experience and I've never had as much fun driving as I do now.
Almost Perfect This dealership knows how to do it the right way; professional, low key, knowledgeable, respectful. My only complaint: the finance person was too busy trying to sell additional insurance options to explain how the registration processes would be completed. After leaving the dealership in my new car, I realized I didn't know the paperwork or steps needed to get registered with DMW.
