Love our new 328i! We had a 2002 325ci, Hans, that we loved but it was getting too old to take on the road. So we stopped by the dealership on a Sunday and browsed through the lot. Found the car that we wanted exactly; color, style, interior. Sent an e-mail Sunday to the dealership regarding trading in our current BMW. Got an estimate of the car's value for trade-in and a response from the sales staff regarding the car we had seen on the lot. Sent an e-mail the next morning, Monday, and set up a meeting to see the car and ge... read more

Bright, clean and friendly service I recently visited Desert BMW, interested in either buying or leasing a 328i. After realizing that I can't lease a certified used car, I found a new 2013, with features that I liked. The sales staff were very friendly, and spent many hours trying to work out a deal for me.
veryhappy Albert Weisser was a wonderful person to purchase a car from,he took his time to explain each car i tested (6) ..I would most certainly buy another car from him... BMW is very fortunate to have him working in this facility. elaine could not answer repairs since I just pruchased the car...all else was a 10
GREAT SERVICE! 5/5 5/5 stars! Amazing Customer Service! I went to Desert BMW of Las Vegas with the expectations to find my "perfect BMW". Little did I know that my expectations were going to be met and then some! Daniel Perlstein at Desert BMW of Las Vegas has helped me find my "perfect" BMW with swift service, consideration of my time and my wallet. I was able to purchase a 2010 BMW 328i Coupe with the M sports package & navigation all for a great price! Daniel has helped me every step along the way. If you are thinking abo... read more
Best car buying experience I've had!! We found our car online and had to come from 400 miles away to get it, but Roger Campbell had everything ready for us before hand. He went above and beyond to get us a great deal. We literally walked in and 30 minutes later were out the door!
First Class Buying Experience This is my first time getting a BMW and definitely won't be the last. Steve Glusco was a joy to work with, very professional, helpful, and quick to respond to all queries. The car itself is wonderful to drive and the buying experience was smooth and pain-free.
Excellent Service & GREAT sales rep ALLAN KARP Allan Karp found the exact car we wanted. He was very professional and helpful and came through for us. We will definitely refer anyone we know that is looking for a new/used car to Allan. He was great as was all of the staff we encountered at Desert BMW. Thank you!
Great overall service!!! Had the opportunity to buy a car (an awesome one at that!!!!) from this dealership and a privilege to get this from Mike Krebbs. He went above and beyond to help me get the car that I wanted and went thru all the steps with me to make it an easy transition. Looking forward to enjoying this new toy for a long time and getting the next one from this same dealer.
Internet Buyer Albert Weisser was fabulous. He really went the extra mile to ensure that the transaction was completed quickly and the car was delivered when promised.
