First Time Car Service I had my car serviced for the first time at BMW Mt Kisco. Everything couldn't have went smoother. Everyone was very attentive and making sure my husband and I were taken care of either as I dropped the car off or picked it up later that day. The loaner program also went very well. Thank you

Couldn't be more happier! Front and rear brake pads were replaced with premium service, now 51,000 miles to go on the Front and 36,000 miles to go on the rear. Amanda, Vincent, and D. Segal took excellent care of my car. The loaner car was perfect! They also washed my car after the service was done. I couldn't be more happier!
1st service appointment I made my 1st 8000 mile check up appt and it was so perfect. From the minute I pulled up to the minute we picked up the car. flawless. The customer service rep, Amanda was great! The gentleman that greeted us was professional and kind! We even received mints as a little gift when we picked up the car. They cleaned and washed the car as well. Great Service..that is why we bought from Mt. Kisco BMW!
Excellent service experience Oil change, and headlight adjustment professionally done. Asked to have rear break job done according to on board data showing 3,000 mile until needed. Instead they did a brake inspection, told me in writing the condition of my rotors and brake pads. Braking system was in good order and the brake job was not needed at this time. That is integrity. Kudos to Mike Giordiano the service advisor.
