Outstanding on all counts Just purchased a new car from BMW of Mt. Kisco. Found them honest, immensely helpful and absolutely no pressure or tactics. Gave a reasonable price and transparent discounts.The salesman, Mike Conigliaro, was throughly knowledgeable of the US and European BMW line and outstanding on all counts. The business manager, Mike Steinberg, was also most helpful.

Joe Ameen was a great person to work with as he was very understanding, professional and honestly fun to work with. The entire experience from beginning to end was excellent! Prompt service I went in to have daytime running lights replaced after 5 years and 49000 miles. Made an appointment. Came in at 8:30 and was out by 9:30. Had coffee and read the paper while waiting. Comfortable waiting area. Prompt service.

From beginning to end a smile at every turn I have been going to this dealership for 6 years for my same BMW X5. Even driving out of my way after moving to Fairfield 3 years ago just to see them! Strongly recommended, will buy again! I've done my research online on BMW CPO cars for a couple of months. Wouldn't have driven five hours from Maryland to BMW Mt. Kisco if I haven't heard good things about them. The prices & features are awesome when it compares with other places. Found the right car and Ralph my salesman were professional, took excellent care of our entire purchase process and were willing to go extra mile for the customer. Highly recommended! Will buy again.
