Ask for Thomas Shin got my deal done with a great rate and monthly rate! Was very patient professional and knowledgeable! I've been to other BMW dealerships in south Texas including Bert Ogden McAllen and BMW SAN Antonio and they didn't get the job done like BMW of corpus did was not disappointed! I worked with James Garza on purchasing a new vehicle. The service was excellent! I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to stop by and see him. All the employees were friendly and they had a great selection of cars to choose from.
I rated the repair shop a 3, I am not rating the entire dealership. Compared to other BMW repair shops this one falls short on customer service. I went in a few months ago, I waited patiently and when assigned a technician he made me feel unappreciated. I came back after the repairs to ask him a question. He saw me from his office at which he quickly got up and ducked into the repair area. We made eye contact and he just disappeared.
