Nice Ambience & great customer service I am very satisfied with my car service at Bob Smith BMW, my service advisor Ken Firmin was very accommodating & assisted me personally in getting a loaner car while my car was in service. Efficient, fast and great customer service Paul Simms was friendly and great! I had an appointment at 9am and I was attended on time and only waited for an hour to have my car checked and oil change. And also have my car washed. They have wifi, coffee and doughnuts. It was just a good accomodation while waiting.
