Went to get an oil change and tuneup. They found an oil leak that I was unaware of. Took me out to show me and explained all that would be involved. Was very grateful for the information and helpful with warranty understanding. Vehicle was fixed a day earlier than expected. Stayed in contact with me throughout the process. My service representative (Becky Woodyard) was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Though I was very disappointed to have to replace the turbo in my 2013 740Li, the service was a pleasant experience.

John our salesperson was very courteous and knowledgeable. So far we are enjoying our new X5!
Everyone in the service dept. was extremely accommodating! I got there at 4:50 and I’m sure they were ready to close but they were all very happy to help! My problem was resolved immediately and I was out the door in 40 min. I am so thankful for such great service.
