I have spent quite a bit of time at BMW of Gainesville, and I have been so pleased with both the quality and the level of service. Everyone at the dealership has been friendly and helpful, but Paige and Judy - my service advisors - have each gone far above my expectations. Recently traded in my 2005 BMW 525i for a new 2015 528i at the Gainesville BMW Store. Gregg Green could not have been more helpful in assisting me select a certified pre-owned vehicle. I work a crazy work schedule and he was always available to answer my questions or meet with me at the dealership. Although I was familiar with most of the features of the 2015 model Jakob (BMW Genius) made certain that I understood all the new features and controls. Could not be more satisfied with my experience!
Best customer service ever received from a dealership. All staff was very friendly and willing to help. They go the extra step. I came from two hours away and it was well worth the drive. Great experience. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from them if given the option in the future.
