Robert Pollack Motor Werks is a great dealership. My transaction required several visits, which is far coming from the City, but in the end it was worth it. They got the car ready for me and their tutorial explaining how the car functions was excellent. Their finance department was also very thorough. A positive experience!

Just wow. Agnes was absolutely the best person I have... Just wow. Agnes was absolutely the best person I have ever dealt with in customer service. She truly puts her customers first. This is a person who respects your time, has empathy, is extremely smart, and SO good at what she does. She did the whole sale start to finish-MAN. What? FINALLY! No finance guy! Amazing service until I took delivery. My salesperson was great. I bought the car sight unseen and the car was shipped. Up until that point, everything was awesome. I had roof rails and a black grill put on, and was going to put hitch on but decided to do that after it arrived. Major issues with the shipping company, which is not Barrington's fault. 5 days of "I'll be there sometime in the next couple days" kind of responses from the shipping company.
