An extremely professional and helpful team We found the used car online which we had been hoping for and after a few courteous phone conversations came out to see and buy the car on the same afternoon. The process was simple and all of the staff was great! Our sales contact Anna Marie has a super friendly demeanor and she couldn't have made the experience any more enjoyable.
Friendly honest congenial team The dealership is the best I have ever experienced. They are looking for what my particular needs are and finally making sure I got exactly what I wanted for the price I had in mind, Anthony even went so far as to come to my house and set up the garage door opener so all I have to do is push a button in the car to open my garage door. Excellent service start to finish I had a great experience with Motor Werks of Barrington when I bought a certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz, sight unseen. Best dealership ever! The best dealer I have been to ever. My sales person Yesenia was awesome. I was in and out in 1 hour. I was treated with respect and honesty by all the people I dealt with. They all gave me flawless service. My used car was there and at a great price. Not like other dealers I have been to. All in all best of the best.
